(available now) RTD is Melee's version of
a regularaly updated comicstrip webcomic. Robo Throw
Down documents the story of a massive robot fight that takes
place all over the earth. There are three rounds of fighting
followed by the finals and the championship. There will be at
least three separate seasons.

(currently in production) When a highly advanced alien
race comes to the third unremarkable planet in a podunk solar
system looking for new slave labor they get a surprise. Cavemen
vs. Aliens proves that the human spirit was as indomitable before
man was man as it is today. If you push us we push back, fight
us and we fight back, invade us and we kick your ass.
Cavemen vs. Aliens is told without the use
of dialog, the actions of the characters tell the story.

(complete: will soon go into print) CHAOS! PhD is our take on
the mostly awesome, sometimes ridiculous nature of silver age
comics. The book tells the story of the classic battle of good
and evil from the perspective of the ludicrous villian Baron
Von Chaos who longs for the bygone days before his arch nemsis,
Admiral Justice, disappeared. Compare this book to comedic comics
like "The Tick".

(complete: only available on-line) Ben Dewey penciled and inked
this book as his final project before graduating from Art School.
It tells the story of blues legend Roscoe Porter growing up
in the racist south around the turn of the last century, learning
to love music, and all the problems that those two things entail.
The story is told in three different time periods and goes between
sepia tone, black and white, and full hand painted color. This
is a serious slice of life book.

(pre-production) Zombies are unquestionably
awesome but with the massive waterfall of zombie projects out
there how do you make your project stand out? We found a way,
a fantastic way. But you have to wait for a bit before you find
out.

This is our flagship project and
is the reason Melee Comics is "Melee" comics. With the
story arc over 3 years in production this will be like nothing else
that Melee has done. Stay tuned to the website for information to
trickle out as production begins. Honestly we are probably looking
at early 2009 until the first book is out.
